FAQ

  • How long is this course?

The course is eight modules, delivered over the course of six weeks. Each module includes reading, a video or video, and other learning tools to support your experience.

  • How much time will each module take?

The answer to this is a bit up to you. Each module was designed to take approximately an hour, including instruction and activities, although you may want to spend more or less time on individual modules. This is entirely up to you!

  • Why is the course paced with weekly delivery? Why can't I access it all at once?

This course was intentionally designed, with a nod to learning theory. That is, it's important to space out learning, allowing your brain to chew on one piece of information before attempting the next. This will allow your new learning to stick... and that's my biggest dream.

  • But I have ADHD and I want it all now!

I totally get it. Try to stick with the course delivery as it is because, well, see above. But if you really can't take it, please message me, and we'll discuss alternatives.

  • What is the benefit of taking this course?

You will be more confident about organizing because you will understand where you are in your organizational process and where to head next... yes, even if you're stuck. Confidence paired with new organization know-how will shift your productivity and communication, but even more so, your enjoyment of the process of organization and the product it creates.

  • Where can I expect to see the impact of this course?

Everywhere: at home, at work, at school, and out and about. Do enough of the exercises, and you'll even start to notice it when you don't even think you need to be organizing anything. It's pretty cool. I promise.

  • Can I take more courses that allow me to harness my bottom-up organization approach?

Not quite yet, but they're coming. Please feel free to reach out and let me know what you're looking for. If you need something sooner than later, please message me for information on setting up a consultation.

  • Okay, I'm hooked. Where can I read more?

I'm with you! Thinking about thinking, and more specifically, thinking about bottom-up organizing is super interesting. A book is in the works, but it's not out yet. In the mean time, look at the References page for additional related readings.
